CANPREV MALATE DE MAGNÉSIUM 120 CAPSULES

About a month ago I finally got sick and tired of always feeling anxious at night so I went to see my family doctor. He suggested trying 600 Mgs of Magnesium Bis-glycinate as soon as I start to feel my anxiety coming on. He said that before trying any anti-anxiety medication, I should try Magnesium first since it has a tone of clinical backing with regards to helping people with the same issues I'm experiencing. I'm thankful that I tried this product because it worked wonders from the very first night I tried it! Not to mention, I slept like a baby and if you've ever struggled with anxiety, you know getting a good nights rest is gold and hard to come by. I still can't believe how a natural supplement can have such a profound effect!

This for of magnesium is the best for sleep! take 600 MGs 30 minutes before going to bed and you'll be in lala-land!

The best form of magnesium is in fact bis-glycinate. All the studies you've ever read stating that magnesium does anything was the BIs- glycinate form. Thats the one that will allow you to relax, sleep better and feel better mentally
Canprev has put together a solid product once again!.

This is the only magnesium that actually gets absorbed well, the chelated magnesium by canprev is by far the best. Used it for relaxation and completely relaxes me after a hard day at work and gym.
