So, the main benefit I saw from using this product for about 3 solid months is that my little achy pains I had all over (knees and shoulders) aren't anywhere nearly as painful as they were 3 months ago. Fixation isn't a Band-Aid. It actually really fixes the problem. Now, if you have a torn rotator cuff, it'll still help get the inflammation down, but the people I really suggest this product to is anyone who has achy joints and nagging joint pains. Tears are very tricky which is why I'm saying this product will help but its more geared towards people who have regular pains and who aren't dealing with a massive injury.
