I noticed when I use L-Carnitine, I accumulate less fat when my diet is less than 100%. I cycle carnitine 8 weeks on and 8 weeks off and I really see a massive difference when I'm not on it compared to when I am on it! That's a win for me since I really don't feel like being 100% on sometimes so knowing this product mitigates a bit of the diet mishaps I go through. I will obviously be buying it again and I'd also suggest using it for anyone who's kind of in the same spot!

I control all variables very well so when i add something new to my protocol, I know rather quickly if its working. This stuff works. Try to get in 3000-4000 Mgs per day. Thats the sweet spot for me.
