Taurine works!

I love taking taurine for so many reasons. It's good for cardio output, Works well for getting a good pump, strong antioxidant properties and it even helps you squeeze out a few repetitions more at the end of a grueling set. I really like using about 8 Grams. That's the sweet spot for me about 45 minutes preworkout. I can't train without it now. I'm hooked and I love it. Its cost effective enough to leave it in my routine year round and I don't foresee a reason to stop anytime soon! Nutrizone always has such good prices! thank you Nutrizone and thank you Allmax!

Pumps are great

Taurine does in fact have many benefits but the only reason i take it is for the pumps. Taurine draws water into the muscle cell and that triggers an awesome swollen pump. Aim for 10 grams 30 minutes preworkout and you're golden!
