This is the best brand of protein shake that I've tried. Not chalky or gritty. Mixes well with water, milk, yogurt, or kefir. I've even sprinkled the chocolate flavored one on oatmeal.

The vanilla flavor blends well with all kinds of fresh fruit. Drop a scoop or two in a blender with water (or milk/yogurt/kefir), several ice cubes, and a handful of blueberries and you've got a tasty breakfast that packs 25-50 grams of protein.

Good as a meal supplement. I use it in my fruit smoothies 2x a day and have dinner at night as normal. Works great and helps me feel full longer.

I have IBS and my primary triggers are caffeine and artificial sweeteners. I'm so happy to FINALLY have a flavored powder that doesn't have Stevia or any other artificial sweetener, just a bit of sugar. Much like the unflavored, unsweetened variety from Isopure, this powder dissolves nicely and blends well with whatever you put it in.

I have a high protein requirement due to duodenal switch bariatric surgery. I have tried many different types of protein supplements in the past few months. The natural vanilla flavor is by far the best tasting protein shake I have tried. It is slightly sweet, but not cloying, as every other vanilla flavored protein shake I have tried tastes. While it is not zero carb, it is low carb, and the small amount is very worth it to me. I prepare it typically with one scoop into some (lactose free) milk. It mixes well with a shaker or spoon. I sometimes add in some powdered peanut butter when I want some variety.
